Chippa United have officially confirmed the departure of Nigerian international goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, following a mutual agreement between both parties.
Daily Star Nigeria gathered that the South African club, popularly known as the Chilli Boyz, announced Nwabali’s exit in a brief statement, bringing an end to his stay at the club.
Nwabali, who rose to prominence with his impressive performances for the Super Eagles, joined Chippa United and quickly established himself as a key figure in the team. His consistent displays between the posts also earned him national recognition, cementing his place as one of Nigeria’s dependable goalkeepers in recent times.
